Stephen Boorman is the author of the Professor Potts series, a collection of imaginative stories filled with curiosity, invention and fun. His first three books are: Professor Potts Cycles Into Trouble, Professor Potts Pedals The Canoe, and Professor Potts Goes Over The Hill.

Before becoming an author, Steve worked as a teacher. His experiences in education helped shape the way he thinks about problems, people, and the world around him. These ideas later found their way into the character of Professor Potts - which, as you'll see, is based on himself!

Steve enjoys creating stories that children can laugh at, talk about and share with their families. His books combine humour, science, problem-solving, mischief, and adventure; encouraging young readers to stay curious and look beyond the words.
