You must provide accurate billing, delivery and payment information.
Payments are processed through Shopify and its payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

We will deliver products to the address you provide at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates unless we clearly agree a specific delivery date with you.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will try to keep you updated where we can.
For UK consumer orders, goods become your responsibility once they are delivered to you or to someone you have asked us to deliver them to.
If your order does not arrive, please contact us.
11. Returns, refunds and cancellation rights
Your legal rights are not affected by these terms.
As a UK consumer, you may have rights under consumer law, including rights relating to faulty goods, misdescribed goods, faulty digital content, and services not provided with reasonable care and skill.
For most online purchases of physical goods, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless an exception applies.
If you cancel within the cancellation period, you then usually have 14 days to return the goods.
You are responsible for taking reasonable care of products while they are in your possession.
We may reduce a refund if products have been handled more than necessary to inspect them.
Some products may not be returnable unless faulty. This may include:
-
personalised or custom-made items
-
sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
-
digital downloads once access has started, where you agreed to immediate access and acknowledged that you would lose your cancellation right
-
event bookings, workshops or dated services where cancellation rules are explained at the time of booking
Please see our Refund Policy for details on how to request a return or refund.
Nothing in our Refund Policy removes your statutory rights.

If a product arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include:
-
your order number
-
a description of the issue
-

We will deal with faulty or damaged products in line with your legal rights.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy.
13. Digital content
We may sell or provide digital content, such as downloadable resources, PDFs, templates, writing prompts, videos, online lessons, subscription materials or other digital products.
Digital content is for your personal, household, educational or internal organisational use only, unless we clearly agree otherwise in writing.

-
share paid digital content publicly
-
upload paid digital content to file-sharing sites
-
claim our digital content as your own
-
copy or adapt it for commercial resale
-

For schools, libraries or organisations, the permitted use will depend on the licence or terms shown at the time of purchase or booking.
If you buy digital content and want immediate access, we may ask you to confirm that you agree to immediate access and understand that you may lose your 14-day cancellation right once access begins.
If digital content is faulty, you may have legal rights.

If we cancel, we will offer a rearranged date or appropriate refund.
16. Subscriptions and memberships
We may offer subscriptions or memberships, including Northkind Story Studio content or other recurring services.
The specific price, duration, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation process and content included will be explained before you subscribe.
You are responsible for cancelling before renewal if you do not want the subscription to continue, unless the subscription terms say otherwise.
We may update subscription content, format or delivery methods from time to time.
We will not make significant changes that materially reduce what you have paid for without giving you appropriate options.
17. Creative work you send to us
You may choose to send us writing, artwork, ideas, feedback, reviews, testimonials, photographs, comments or other content.
You confirm that you have the right to send it to us and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
You keep ownership of your own creative work.
Sending creative work to us does not transfer copyright to Northkind Press.
We will not publish, sell or commercially exploit your original writing or artwork as our own.
If you send us feedback, reviews, comments or testimonials, you give us permission to use them for reasonable business purposes, such as improving our services or promoting Northkind Press.
Where we want to use identifiable creative work, photographs, testimonials, children’s work or substantial submitted material publicly, we will seek appropriate permission.

We try to keep website information accurate and up to date.
We do not guarantee that all information on the website will always be complete, current or error-free.
Content on the website is provided for general information and should not be treated as professional, legal, medical, financial or educational advice unless we clearly say otherwise.

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the rest of the terms will still apply.
33. No waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a right under these terms, that does not mean we have given up that right.
