Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
If you would like to order from outside the UK, please contact us before placing your order and we will let you know whether we can help.
Processing times
We aim to process orders within 3 to 5 working days.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
During busy periods, markets, school holidays, illness, supplier delays or product launches, processing times may be longer.
If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the delivery method available at checkout.
Estimated delivery times will usually be shown before you place your order.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless we specifically agree a guaranteed delivery service with you.
If no delivery date is agreed, we will deliver your order within 30 days of accepting it, unless we agree a different timescale with you.

Pre-orders
If you buy a pre-order item, the estimated dispatch or release date will be shown on the product page where possible.
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we may send everything together once the pre-order item is ready, unless we state otherwise or agree a separate arrangement with you.
Pre-order dates can change due to printing, supplier, shipping or production delays.
If a pre-order is significantly delayed, we will contact you.
Digital products
Digital products, such as PDFs, downloads, templates, writing prompts or online resources, are usually delivered by email, download link or online access.
No physical shipping applies to digital products unless clearly stated.
Please check your email address carefully before placing your order.
If you do not receive your digital product, please check your junk or spam folder first, then contact us.
Subscriptions and memberships
Where a subscription or membership includes physical products, the relevant delivery information will be explained on the subscription page or at checkout.
Where a subscription or membership is digital-only, no physical shipping applies.
Workshops, school visits and events
Shipping does not apply to workshops, school visits, author talks or events unless physical products or resources are included.
Any resources, materials or event-related items will be handled according to the specific booking information provided.
Incorrect delivery information
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned because the delivery address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may ask you to pay the delivery cost again before we resend it.
Missed deliveries and collection points
If a delivery attempt is missed, you may need to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel from the courier or postal service.
Please follow the instructions left by the delivery provider.
If an order is returned to us because it was not collected or delivery could not be completed, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.
Additional delivery charges may apply if you ask us to resend the order.

Risk and ownership
For consumer orders, products become your responsibility once they have been delivered to you, or to someone you have asked us to deliver them to.
