Northkind Press creates books, resources and story-led activities that may be of interest to children and families.

We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information directly to us without appropriate adult involvement.

• unsuccessful enquiries, draft bookings or general messages may be deleted sooner where no longer needed

• anonymised information may be kept for longer because it no longer identifies you

We may keep some records longer if we need them to resolve a dispute, comply with the law, protect our rights, or respond to a complaint.
